  • The Good Shepherd

Saw The Good Shepherd at the Dole Theater with a friend today.

Overall this movie is a netural to me. The good parts where the various actors who appeared in this movie. The bad part is trying to figure out who and why did what. For example there is a scene where a person is being executed but you as an audience member don't know if the Americans or the Soviets ordered it.

The ambiguity is sort of the point.

I've studied quite a bit of the early days of the CIA and the movie gets many points right. It's severely repressed, however.
