OK, Hawaii has it's mandatory seat-belt law for passengers in the backs of cars, but not in the beds of trucks. I've decided to update the Hawaii DOT logo to reflect this.

Honestly though, I'd like someone with better graphics skills to do an update.

Cute. It's a good reflection of the intellectual capacity of our local civil servants.

Well, not all of them. We have some good people in various levels of State/County/City service, but they are usually lower level and repressed.
