I don't know, I can see both sides. On the one hand, I'm not a sports fan and can probably guarantee I will never attend a sports event at UH, and thus the fee is, in my instance a waste. But on the other hand, I do utilize the campus clinic, and the discount bus pass, both of which are supported by mandatory student fees for even those students who many never use such services. So in a way I guess it's a fair tradeoff. I won't complain about their sports fees as long as they keep paying for my bus pass.
