I was gonna make corned beef for dinner tonight, until I asked my wife when St. Paddy's Day was. She said tomorrow, I said I was going to feed them beef curry tonight and save the corned beef for tomorrow. Foodland had a good sale on corned beef tips. I bought 3 and froze the other 2.
