I saw the police towing away cars on Kapiolani Blvd. I thought on-street parking had no time restrictions today? This was betwen Papa John's (Pan Am Bldg) and Tower Records.

Today is definitely a state holiday -- all the state offices are closed. Dunno about the parking though.

It's a Holiday for my wife and she's off with pay. While For me it's not AND I gotta work! What a bummer.

Maybe the cops thought these were KKK cars...you know them Kauai county cars can get a bit racial
