Gangs in Aiea side?

This post on another local forum has some stories of gang members trying to harrass drivers in the area.

Anyone else have some stories/experiences they'd like to share? What about some tips on how to handle that situation?

Thanks for the link to an interesting and scary thread. Sounds like the guy in the white van is making himself known to a lot of people. Maybe his days are numbered.

But who are all those people who are chased and harrassed by the guy in the van, and don't call the police to let them know about it?? That's just baffling.

Except that urban legends don't identify who the stuff happened to, and this guy is saying it happened to him. That other stuff about people in the neighborhood saying this has been going on is the stuff of urban legend.

What I don't get is the infantile responses that follow. Are they putting testosterone in AMP these days?
