The International Space Station will shine at minus 2.8 magnitude, which is brighter than any other dot of light in the nightsky except for Venus.

Be at it's highest point, 60 degrees above the NorthWest horizon
(that's 2/3 of the way up in the sky) at 8:50pm
And the fade from view at 8:51pm
