My advice to the producer would be to leave out the "feces therapy". That is so tasteless (and obviously staged) that it discredits the producer rather the furthering their point.

If that's the state of Kauai, that's sad. But that's all pretty much controlled at the county-level.

Looks like Kauai needs to invest in its infrastructure properly. I've also heard the "I'm the last person to move here, and no more now", argument. Growth is coming and more of it, clearly a better plan is needed to prepare for it. The almighty dollar will win in the end. Just look at Oahu.
