Looking back in this thread, I see you had a vegetable on August 12 -- the broccoli in beef broccoli. Do you think it might be time to eat another vegetable?
I had some broiled-from-frozen chicken wings, onion slice, grape tomatoes, orange slices, pitted cherries, bell peppers, all spritzed with a little olive oil and char broiled with added black pepper and sea salt.
