Count me as another person who cooks every night. Either that or leftovers, usually. I usually cook a big portion and we eat it two nights in a row. If anyone doesn't like the monotony of two nights in a row, they just have to suck it up and deal.
So tonight I made a tuna casserole with green beans, diced crispy bacon, tuna and pasta, all in a creamy sauce. Topped with parmesan and into the oven.
