Hey, if our government is convinced that these are people we should incarcerate, we ought to be ready to put up with their presence on U.S. soil. Our home soil, not military bases in other countries.

And, as the article said:

I can see how Pearl Harbor could be a candidate from a security point of view. It's on an island (Oahu). And if let's say it was on Ford Island, it would be on an even smaller island.

That's our convicts, not federal convicts under the guard of the military.
