One of the services that my TracFone has is text messaging. I take it most if not all cell phones can do text messaging?
While I am the last on my family (dad and 3 sisters) to get a cell phone I come to find out that two of them don't like to send text messages, the other two I have no idea but while I send them a text message they haven't replied to them yet or give me a call about it.
Are there any guidelines on using text messaging?
