The last couple of days there has been activity at the vacant DR Horton-owned site in the Country Club Village complex across Moanalua High. I'm rather surprised because when I inquired several months back if they were going to develop the site I was told it was on hold indefinitely.
Anyway, it seems 2 trailers are being prepped for the upcoming sales reservations. For those of you not familiar with the existing phases of CCV, there are 2 & 3 bdrm units. My guess is the plans on this new development will be similar.
For those of you in the outlying areas who wish to live closer to town and don't mind living in an apartment vs single family home, this would be a great buy. So heads up on this new project.
