I think most of you are wrong about Kanoa, he's great! The guy knows his stuff and deserves everything he's got going for him.

The problem I have is with comparing a "young" Kanoa to Al Michaels.

He's still young, but he's definitely getting better. The name might have gotten him through the door and to the front of the line, but in another 10 years or so he'll be an excellent anchor.

Expect him to make the jump from sports to news sometime waaaaay down the line.
