KBFD's weird timeslots.

I've often wondered why they have weird timeslots and not follow the usual format (10:00 on the hour or 10:30, for example)?

Kinda hard to program my VCR to record a few of my favorites like Chumong.

Something like that. If I program for a 1pm show, I either missed 4 minutes of the beginning or having to wait until the show starts 4 minutes later (which result in missing 4 minutes of ending).

At least, try to be consistent, KBFD.
