I just saw the new KHNL.COM image spot... and while their product has been improving over the past few months, their latest image spot caught my eye.
It says "no fanfare".
wha??
Fanfare is defined as trumpeting, publicity, advertising... if they have no "fanfare"... then they have no promotions department, right? I mean, that's what fanfare IS? They SHOULD have fanfare, they SHOULD stand for something, they SHOULD trumpet their success... but don't trumpet your success and then say you don't trumpet your success.
Oh well, just another spot designed to blur the lines between the stations... notice they're using blue and gold colors, too, yeah?
