fil's quoted in this morn's advertiser werein dave lawrence justifies the draw of cooper, van zant et al... bringing in listeners while playing all kindza goofy stuff; whatever they wanna play cuz it's their celebrity show. and the same show millions of other listeners x the nation hear. i miss the local feel , and it is dissappearing across the board; radio, newspapers...
a show such as fil's, with his finger on da pulse of local rock and all da happenings around town is worth ten of these celebrity format generic corporate mainland 'rock' shows.
