My class is having a little potluck tonight, so I ate what I prepared: tortillas wrapped around roasted turkey breast, a bit of stuffing, a sliver of Monterey jack cheese, and a light smear of homemade pistachio nut pesto. Yummy.

                            Water

Not necessarily hangover food but I can't do the turkey anymore.

Turkey Moco ... the unofficial name.

Leftover stuffing heated through in the oven, topped with chunks of turkey re-heated in a little simmering broth, topped with two over-medium eggs --with turkey gravy all over.

                                Ono!

The stuffing I made is moist, but not the really wet type that uses cups and cups of broth. I suppose the turkey moco could be made with the wet type too, however.
