Anytime! Be sure to pick up a mini tripod (at k-mart or camera stores) It's amazing the variety of uses you'll come up with for the QP. It stuffs into sand real well... with the tripod I mounted it on the car...tables....ground lol. I'll post a pic but I'm shy and don't want my face on the WWW so I'll just blurr my face out.

That's a cool accessory! Great for traveling couples. Dig how you can also attach a tripod to its base.

Brian, AWESOME photos. You sure know that D200 well!

The dragonfly hung out with a friend and I for hours at the back of Kaaawa Valley one day. Attached is the original shot.

I want a "Gorilla Grip" small tripod. You can bend the legs to grab a branch or...

Thanks Pomai, it really does help knowing your camera inside and out. I LOVE my D200, and i still read through the manual and playing with settings all the time to further my mastery of it. you have to know exactly what you want/need to change and fast to get the right shot sometimes.

The best thing i like about the D200 is being able to change almost any setting i need from a button on the camera instead of going into the menu.

It appears the Quik Pod I ordered comes with tripod legs as an accessory. At least that's how I read it!

                      Stunning.

For some reason I love the contrast of the man made, and the natural in this shot.

                      Thanks for sharing!

That's what drives me nuts about most modern digitals. I grew up with a very old 35mm SLR, where you could just turn a dial or push a button and get most of the common settings adjusted quite easily, without even looking at the camera. Now I have to dink in menus for 5 minutes

Ya, but now I'll have to learn my camera's timer feature. The learning curve never ends!
