hi tattrat,im very sorry to view you and i've fallen off my moped and once hit from the back by an eldery driver and thank god our local authoritie's were behind and they helped me as the victim and then later everything was settled and i feel for you and your injurie's.
i once was coming home from the dillingham side going up liliha and a slow car cut me off and i fell off the moped thank god i had my helmet and it saved me only i had a 3rd degree burn on my left foot only my left foot is back to normal with the help of a podiatrist so i know how people feel about helmet law's only hoping that they dont regulate moped rider's to be exactly the way they have motorcycle rider's have.
