I like that. Starting the day with a smile.

I had two cups of coffee and some leftover Halloween trick-or-treat snack size KitKats, Butterfingers, and M&M's.

In honor of the holiday..."Seattle Benedict" (whole wheat English muffin topped with smoked salmon, poached egg and lime-flavored Hollandaise).

Today's breakfast: French toast made from Hawaiian sweet bread, bacon, sausage, pog - from Kona Kitchen in Seattle.

Back in April, we threw a huge birthday party there for Dennis Kamakahi - packed the place, and the folks who run it (including owner/actor Yuji Okumoto) did a great job taking care of everything; we took a picture of the owners and family posing with Uncle Dennis and his son David, and recently got it enlarged, had David & Dennis sign it - we framed it and took it to the restaurant this morning!

Tuna sandwiches (bread feels kind of soggy today) and a bottle of water.

                              2 scrambled eggs
                              4 slices of bacon
                              2 scoop rice

                              $2.94

Queen's BBQ on the corner of Queen and Cooke streets. Can't beat that value.
