Recently I've been informed by different windward friends that Kailua people consider Windward Mall to be rowdy and dangerous. I find that rather amusing. Maybe I'm just one of the uncouth?

From what I hear, many of 'em still hadn't adjusted to Daiei becoming Don Quixote, now that goes away and becomes Target. Some Kailuans still refer to that store as Holiday Mart.
