Some kind of bagel with some kind of cream cheese, followed by some kind of sugar-free soda.

See that new Subway commercial? Inspiring! So I went and ordered a jelly belly, love handles and a side of cottage cheese thighs. Nanananana! I was inspired to order the Fresh-Fit 6-inch sammy w/o mayo-mustard, lots of veggies, no cheese. diet coke. sun chips. $5.52 at Pioneer Plaza.

Taco meat prepared from scratch on two corn tortillas with a shmear of Old El Paso chunky salsa (hot) and a couple of handfuls of shredded Mexican cheeses (four cheese blend from Costco) nuked and rolled.

Breakfast for lunch. Stopped in at our favorite breakfast place (Voula's - recently featured on Food Network's "Diners, Drive-Ins & Dives"), had biscuits & gravy, bacon, and a Coke.

I was treating myself, as I just plunked down the first tuition payment towards a certificate program in Audio Production through the University of Washington. October through May - time to get my studio skills back up to speed, after a decade away from recording facilities.
