So Boowa... if you are an American, are you seriously considering becoming a citizen of another country? Or have you already done that? Or never been?

I admit that I don't agree with everything that the United States of America has done, while I am proud of many accomplishments too. Just like in our own private lives, it's never good to "rest on our laurels".
So hopefully more good can come from this Nation.

Americans are usually very nice and kind, but maybe a bit naive. The American government, recently, at least, may be another matter.

Since a few years, now, I've had townspeople screaming and shaking their fists at me, yelling, "Salope! Go back to Bush!" Not much fun, I can tell you...that guy hasn't done anything good for the reputation of America.

Funny though, who is the first one they all call on when things go bad for them?? An it seems that we always respond to the call, no matter how many time they spit in our face.

Political divisions are like a moebius strip with Conservative on the inside of one loop and Liberal on the inside of the other loop. As you move along the strip you go through nice neighborhoods called communism, socialism, facism, anarchy, feudalism, dictatorship, democracy, oligarchy, and about 100 others, not in that exact order. But if you travel far enough, you come back to where you started.

I'm a proud RepubliCRAT American who owns guns, thinks gay marriage is just fine, and prayer in schools won't kill anybody. Paddle the kids, but make damn sure they all have free health care. Don't allow your dogma to piss on my charma, I won't use my charma to run over your dogma.

Like Aunti Lynn, I am proud to be an American. I don't agree with a lot of things the Bush administration has done but he's going to be out of office soon enough.

of course not.. not all people are equal in america.. at least not yet.
if that were so.. than why hasn't their been a black , mexican , korean , or chamorro president yet.. i cant even vote for the president of the united states , which is against the constitution , but they still tell me i'm an ''american''... thats a big sack of crap. people here are scared of being soveriegn over america.. they think guam will become poor , or that we need the united states to protect us.. i ask them.. protect us from what?? their enemies?? and as for being poor without the financial help of the tyrants of the united states.. i say ... guam would be better off without em , we could start farming and start exporting alot of goods.. our islands are capable of being furnished with fruits , vegetables , and cattle.. yet ninety five percent of our foods are imported.. plus , the united states doesnt pay any money what so ever for the land they occupy for their military bases. which is more than half the island.. and the land they have given back , has been contaminated with chemicals.. i think alot of the problems here are very similar to that of the neighboring islands in the region. so heck no , i dont consider myself american
