  • Spontaneous Human Combustion

This issue is very odd but keeps popping up.

A few weeks ago another case turned up.

Charles Dickens mentions the syndrome in "Bleak House".

I think the root cause may lie in a defective gene for disposing of

    peroxide radicals.

    Peroxide Dismutase ,as I recall.

These peroxide free radicals , could , over time, convert excess body fat into

    a mono-propellant "fuel" .

As they say , there is no fuel like an old fuel.

Once in Ashland I bought an old chemistry text from Philadelphia circa 1790.

There was whole chapter written in matter of fact tone about this topic.

      It's a myth. Doesn't exist.

Has there been a documented case of Spontaneous Human Combustion except in Spinal Tap?

As mentioned by wiser folk, this sort of incineration is implausible.

Outside of Berlin , the subways connected to the bunkers were filled with

former high ranking officials fleeing to lofty Bavarian enclaves.

          some are still up there.

The movie Goldfinger has many clues in this area.

I remember in school, I once saw written on one of the desks "I punched Harry and he burst into flames". I got scared thinking that was really in the realm of possibility.
