      Re: Mermaids

I have heard the mermaids singing, each to each.

I do not think that they will sing to me.

I have seen them riding seaward on the waves
Combing the white hair of the waves blown back
When the wind blows the water white and black.
But I'm disturbed! I'm depressed! I'm inadequate! I GOT IT ALL! (George Costanza)

I get all my proof by listening to Jessica Simpson on what's Chicken of the Sea.

They have to be real. Just the other day I found my 45 RPM record of "Popsicles and Icicles." (And before anyone gets picky...I know it was spelled "Murmaids")

......and if you understand this reply, you're probably as old as I am.

"Popsicles and Icicles" was a Top 3 hit by the Los Angeles female group "The Murmaids" in the Winter of 1963-1964, reaching Number One on a number of national charts. The group was comprised of two sisters and their friend and the song was their only hit.

"Popsicles and Icicles" was written by David Gates, who would later become the lead singer for the 1970s group Bread.

                      Thankyou Dale.

Sometimes I think people miss the fact that Hawaii is a miracle place to be.

everytime I visit the archipalego I see new stuff.

The road called 3 trails leads next to a high altitude encampment of 3 caves .
These are a rare emergence of lava tubes from Mauna Kea.

                        You're so right!

Even 20+ years after arriving here from New York City, I can honestly say that my worst day here is still better than my best day there.

                        Hana vs. Manhattan? No contest.
