    Re: Day Break

Just to offer some closure for this thread, "Day Break" was suddenly and unceremoniously yanked off the air by ABC two days after the Dec. 13 episode that helen reviewed above. It only shortened the suffering, as the network had already announced it was killing the series after the episode scheduled for Dec. 27.

Tonight, it's spot will be filled by another mid-season replacement, "In Case of Emergency."

You can find some information on episodes of "Day Break" that never aired at TV.com. The show tanked in the ratings but you never know, it may find a second life on DVD.

Too bad. If you invested the time to watch every episode, it was a pretty interesting show.

Why does ABC do this all the time? They yank a show and leave you hanging...it's as if the show never even was on the ABC site at all.

ABC is going to finish "airing" the un-aired Daybreak episodes online, per a story in Broadcasting & Cable today.
