I think people in America would watch if they show the bride being a bridezilla.

And of this 62%, how many would at least want to call the cops if they saw a parent spanking the crap out of their kid? Does spanking even work? I remember some that did.

I've observed children who deserved to be spanked, especially when they show absolutely no respect toward their parents (who worried about CPS's overreactive responses) and other adults. When the kids just outwardly display rude behavior, the parents only talk to them like a shrink ("scolding" as they call it these days) but the kids just ignore them.

I knew not to have kids, I'd kill my kid if he ignored me!
My ignorant opinion of physical discipline is 1-2 yr. olds can benefit from the shock and awe of swift impressions, after that, basic discipline is to explain/reason, remove/return privileges, know when to bend/stay firm. Luck. After 13 they are gone unless they love the home.

Both the Republican Democrats and the Democratic Republicans have been sticking it to the average American since after the Eisenhower presidency, and perhaps even before.

Time for regime change. I'm with the Libertarian movement. I wish they would merge with the Greens to create an impressive force. I'm unconfident.

I'm certainly no serial defender of Dems, they've caved into R's pressure so often it's sick. But there is still a distinct difference between the two only because R's are SO much worse.

If there was a legitimate option from the two it'd be great, but I don't want any R's part of it.
