Leftovers for me... those bacon-wrapped steak fillets from Costco, plus rice and steamed broccoli. Plus arare from a giant tub in the next office for a snack!

I ate a Korean soup made with boiled brisket. Shredded thin and then boiled into a Kim Chee base mixed with long rice, green onions and topped with a raw egg which was cooked by the hot soup. (courtesy of my boss)

Ahhhh...it so so delicious but I drank several tall glasses of iced cold water.

                    Ok., ok...I cried!

Had one of those Raisin Bran Crunch cups and some vanilla silk. I like how I hate Raisin Bran but love Raisin Bran Crunch.

Two large handsful of frozen blackerries, just thawed, with plain nonfat yoghurt and a sprinkle (okay, two spoonsful) of brown sugar.

                          Yow.

A leg from a Costco roasted chicken and a medley of fresh fruit already cut up by...Costco!
