I worked wed/thu/fri nights and slept in between.

Today is Turkey Day. Turkey, stuffing, gravy, potatoes, green beans, yams and apples, roasted asparagus, homemade biscuits, and chocolate mousse for dessert.

I know you guys are probably sick of turkey by now....

Stir fried chicken with potatos and carrots with a cream of mushroom gravy over some rice. The keikis gobbled it up. They earned some dessert for the night.

Since we spent Thanksgiving with my dad, tonight was the night for my wife to flex her culinary muscles. We had cornish game hens, perfectly seasoned with a buttery crisp skin to die for, homemade macaroni and cheese with a brilliant panko crust, nothing-from-a-can green bean casserole with mushrooms and fried onions, real mashed potatoes, and a fancy salad with spinach, mandarin oranges, cranberries, and walnuts.

We cheated for dessert with a huge pumpkin pie from Costco ($6.99!).

I'm stuffed. And have enough for home lunch for at least a week.

the meatloaf that Safeway sells in their deli, along with some potato salad from same deli. (i have not seen their Red White and Blue potato salad lately (blue cheese). big giant pickle and a large Coke Black Cherry Vanilla. I rather like the Safeway meatloaf, although for my entire life, I've been one of those "ketchup on my meatloaf" kind of guys rather than a brown gravy.

Petite sirloin, baked potato, salad and rolls with spiked lemonade from the Roadhouse. Took the boy to movie and dinner with a bunch of g/f's. Yummmy. Kid has mac and cheese with fries and applesauce. Their Mac and Cheese is just plain old Kraft Mac and cheese!

Pork chops in mushroom gravy, mac salad w/ tabasco and rice.

Water to wash it down. Possibly wine later for dessert.
