Two "Cinnamon Roll" Pop-Tarts (Leo? Pop-Tarts?? At your age?!?) and lots of orange juice.

Last night I made about twice as much rice as I'd need for dinner, thinking, 'kids are home tomorrow ... they're probably going to want food ... and I'm working so I can't spend a lot of time in the kitchen.'

This morning I made flavored rice balls; a few with my favored shiso fumi furikake (the purplish stuff that gives ume and some types of pickled vegetables its purple to magenta color); and the lion's share of it with nori fumi furikake, which da keeds prefer.

Mixed up some of the rice with shiso, the rest with the nori furikake ... formed musubi and it got scarfed up.

A banana and a whole wheat english muffin. Washed it down with a bottle of water.

For lunch I'm torn between veggies (carrots, celery, snow peas, broccoli and cherry tomatoes) and Fatburger's Double King Burger With Cheese. Hmmm.
