  • Beat Boise St.!

K'den, here we go for all the marbles. In my estimation, a UH win this Sat. would mark the high point in the school's history.
As a perinial Goliath waiting at home to devour like never before, BS will have had 2 weeks to prep, 100% healthy and hungry, and will make the UH's former USC and Florida opposition look silly.
This is the ultimate test for the Warriors, facing the ultimate storm, and we have a team equally as suited for this game as we did in the Gator Bowl, only better prepared mentally.
The 2010 team can make a hisoric statement with this one little win...

    Re: Beat Boise St.!

This year, I've been very supportive of underdog sports. It's already easy to tell I was more than ecstatic that two no-name teams like the Giants and the Rangers knocked out the Yankees and the Phillies.

As far as college football, every year I hope that there is no undefeated team. I believe that one loss is a sign of humbleness and motivation for recovery. Whoever the BCS #1 is, I'm quite certain to always root against them. So yes, I've rooted against Oregon, Auburn, Boise, etc. (There are, of course, some overhyped college teams I ALWAYS root against as well.)

In the case of Boise State, I'm feeling they're whining too much about getting media attention and begging for recognition to be the top team. Unfortunately for them, a majority of statistics are showing TCU is far more deserving of a spotlight than Boise. Of course, I have a lot of prejudice against that UGLY blue ballfield they have.

        Final wake-up call...

That's it, just toss in the towel and dump sports from the program.
We take a competitive team into Boise and by the 2nd quarter our guys are hanging their heads and moping about? That's the trademark of so-called Warrior teams in recent years, talk it but don't walk it. Forget it!

yet another reality check...UH football should not be allowed on national TV: they always suck...highly over-rated, as usual, by the local media

The UH defense should have fake injuries to slow down the no huddle offense of Boise St.

Brilliant plan, a week and a half too late. What really gets me is McMackin had no plan for the loss of Pilares, even though the coaches knew there was a high likelihood he would be unable to play.

I saw the blue field in person back in June. It's cheating all the way. Blue Field, Blue Uniforms, Blue Helmets.

                Cheaters.
